How do we fulfill your order? Under the influence of Conronavirus Disease 2019

Dear Customers,

Thank you for your attention! Our store is still open for business! We work together and we help each other!

As a precautionary health measure for our staffs in light of COVID-19, our warehouse will only process orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week. That means you may experience longer fulfilled time (extra 3-5 business days). In other words, it takes 5-10 business days to get to your address this period. Please no worry, any news about your parcel we will keep you informed.

Most of products are in stock and we ship items from US local warehouses. Otherwise, we will inform you before the shipment.

Our customer service will be work from Monday to Saturday. However, it takes longer time to handle your returned package because the warehouse is lack of labor to handle this issue. Please allow we deal with your refund or replacement in 1-2 weeks.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience. These news will be updated as the situation changes.

On behalf of everyone at OBDPRICE, we hope that everyone in your life stays safe and healthy! We'll all be back to our usual day-to-day soon.

Sincerely,
Judy
