Introducing Autel EVO MAX 4N

Autel Robotics released the Autel EVO MAX 4N at the Autel Robotics Global Partner Summit on April 6, 2023, which is an advanced high-performance commercial night vision drone. In this article, we will give a basic description of the Autel MAX 4N drone.

The Autel EVO Max 4N brings powerful technology and advanced autonomy to professional drone users. EVO Max 4N assesses complex environments and creates real-time 3D flight paths for unparalleled obstacle avoidance. Advanced sensors enable flying in areas where GPS is unavailable, and incredible new thermal payloads unlock new object recognition and tracking scenarios. The Autel EVO Max 4N features a foldable, weatherproof design that's extremely portable.

Both Autel EVO Max 4N and EVO Max 4T are members of the Autel EVO MAX series of drones. Except for the difference in the gimbal and camera, the performance of the drone body is the same.

MAX 4N Camera Gimbal

EVO MAX 4N adopts a three-axis gimbal design. The camera gimbal integrates multiple camera sensors such as wide-angle, starlight camera, and thermal imager, as well as a laser rangefinder. The introduction of starlight camera can observe everything clearly at night.

Autel MAX 4N Gimbal Camera

Wide-angle lens: 1/1.28" CMOS, shooting 50MP photos and 4K@30fps videos, adding moonlight algorithm 2.0 can enhance night shooting ability!

Starlight camera: LUX as low as 0.0001, ISO up to 450000, shooting 2.3MP photos, Equivalent up to 41.4mm.

Thermal Imager: Equipped with 640x512 high resolution radiometric camera, 30fps and 16x digital zoom.

Laser rangefinder: Click on the target to quickly obtain the coordinates and altitude of up to 0.75 miles away, and the range of distance measurement is 5-1200m.
